A joint request is made by the Complainant and Counsel appearing for the applicant that the matter is amicably settled and consent terms for quashing are already drawn, which matter is subjudiced before the Division Bench, to be listed on 10th August, 2021. 2.
In the aforesaid background, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Ad-interim protection ordered by this Court to continue for a period of six weeks from today.

As far as the terms of settlement are concerned, I am informed that the complainant has agreed to settle the dispute by accepting an amount of Rs.40,00,000/-, out of Rs.55,00,000/-, which is deposited in this Court.

In the aforesaid backdrop, in view of no objection extended by the learned counsel for the applicant-accused, the complainant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty
3/3 Lakhs Only) and the balance amount of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant, in view of no objection extended by the learned counsel appearing for the Complainant.

The withdrawal of the amount shall be permitted only after the order of quashing is passed by the Division Bench. In case if the Division Bench rejects the prayer for quashing, the amount shall be transmitted to I.O. as one seized in the offence in question. 7.
The application stands disposed of in above terms. 8.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
