Heard. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application the delay of 1 year, 5 months and 21 days in filing the present application is condoned. The Respondent opposes the Civil Application for condonation of delay and restoration. However, for the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c). The Civil Application is disposed off accordingly. 2.
