Parties point out that Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division at Thane has, in Marriage Petition No. 851 of 2017 on 2nd July 2018, SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.3498.17.8.doc delivered a judgment and dissolved marriage solemnized on 22nd February 2016 by decree of divorce under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

In view of these developments and joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
