The Petitioner is raising a dispute regarding the seniority list maintained by the Respondent- Educational Institute. The learned Senior Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 rightly points out that the authority to look into this grievance is the Education Officer who has the power under Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 (the MEPS Rules).

It is open to the Petitioner to approach the Education Officer in that regard. Once the Petitioner approaches the Education

Keeping all contentions of the parties, we dispose of the writ petition.
