Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled the matter and accordingly they have arrived at the compromise. He states that the said compromise has been recorded in the form of consent terms entered into on 30/09/2019.

Consent Terms are taken on record and marked Exhibit '
X' for identification. Respondent No.1 - Society opposes the Consent Terms.
However, as these Consent Terms are entered into between petitioner and respondent No.2 for which respondent No.1 is not consenting party, Consent Terms are obviously not binding on the respondent No.1.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
In view of withdrawal of the Petition, Civil Applications do not survive and the same stand disposed of.
