On 19/12/2019 this Court had passed following order: "Affidavit tendered by respondent No.2 is taken on record. Respondent No.2 appears to have filed the police complaint as an employee and on behalf of M/S.Suvarnasparsh Gems and Jewellery Shop. Thus, the said company or its Directors are required to remain present, if any compromise is to be recorded. We, therefore, adjourned the matter to 30th January 2020"

Accordingly, today one Sunil Lalasaheb Barsingh has submitted affidavit on behalf of M/s. Swarnasparsh Gems & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., which is taken on record. He pointed out his authority and also settlement in S. C. Suit No.2494/2018 between parties.

Respondent No.2 has accordingly given no objection for quashing of FIR against the petitioners.

Today the petitioner is present in person with his advocate while Respondent No.2 as also deponent are present with their advocate. 5.

Controversy between the parties does not have any public angle.

We therefore accept joint request and make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
