The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in whose institute the petitioner is serving have submitted a proposal dated 19.3.2016 Exhibit. E before the Education Officer, District Raigad at Alibag for the petitioner's approval in the aided division but the said proposal has not been decided as yet. He also apprehends that before the proposal is decided, the surplus teacher will be sent to the institute.

Keeping in view the aforesaid we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 2 Education Officer to take appropriate

22-wp-10740.2016.sxw decision on the said proposal dated 19.3.2016 as expeditiously as possible but not latter than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the said proposal is decided, status quo as it exists today in respect to the post held by the petitioner shall be maintained by the parties.
