By the order impugned the trial Court has allowed the application filed by the respondents/ plaintiffs and thereby granted permission to adduce further evidence.

I have perused the impugned order. It appears that after filing of the affidavit of examination-in-chief by the respondents, the trial Court had permitted some of the original defendants to file written statement. Therefore, the trial Court has rightly granted permission to the respondents to adduce further evidence. No interference is called for in the impugned order. The Writ Petition is dismissed. ( N.R.
