Learned APP submitted that the charge sheet has been filed against the applicant. The previous application of the applicant was rejected by the Sessions Court before filing of the charge sheet. In view of these circumstances, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail before the Sessions Court, Pune.
