Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the representations/proposals dated 26th September, 2013, 4th November, 2015 & 26th July, 2016 Exhibit Nos. J, L & M respectively filed by Respondent No.5

WP.11029/2016(P-39) (Copy of which are annexed at Exhibit Nos. J, L & M respectively to the Petition), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the Respondent State is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of Post of Petitioner No.1.
