The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn. 3.

Considering that the applicant is in custody for 4 years and 9 months, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial if possible. I appreciate the workload on the trial Court. Hence, this is only a request.

In case, the trial does not progress substantially, liberty to apply for bail after 9 months.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
