The grievance of the petitioner is that since after registration of FIR, in connection with murder of brother of petitioner, there is no progress in the case. Learned APP, on instructions from PI Shrikant T. Desai, Santacruz Police Station, who is present in court, submits that a woman has been arrested and she continues to be in custody. Police is awaiting expert's report.

We direct that the investigation be carried out under the

26-cri-wp-3208-16 supervision of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai. The Investigating Agency shall take necessary steps for completing the investigation as expeditiously as possible. 3.
