Mr. Vijaykumar Swami, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the matter for some time and as this Court is not inclined to grant bail seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 9 months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
