P.C. :- P.C. :- By the above Criminal Application, the Applicant seeks intervention in the above Criminal Application. The intervention is sought on the ground that the Applicant is appointed as Administrator in APMC, Barshi on 25.7.2017 and having regard to the nature of the relief sought in the above Criminal Application, the presence of the Applicant is necessary for adjudication of the above Criminal Application. the learned counsel Shri Sarda appearing for the Applicant opposes the Application but ultimately leaves to this Shivgan
* 2/2 * 20-APL-917-2017.doc Court. Having regard to the fact that the Applicant is Administrator appointed by the APMC, it would be necessary to hear the Applicant in the above Application. Hence, the Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out during the course of week and amended cause-title to be served on the other side. Place the above Criminal Application on 13.9.2017. Pendency of the above Criminal Application would not be an impediment for the trial Court to consider the application for anticipatory bail.
