Heard learned counsel Mr.Mundargi for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant by the present application seeks relief of transit anticipatory bail in favour of the applicant since she is apprehending her arrest in C.R.No.142 of 2022 registered with PS Raipur, Dehradun, State of Uttarakhand for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel Mr.Mundargi for the applicant states that the applicant is resident of Mumbai and she is owner of the piece and parcel of land situated in District Dehradun and the present C.R. revolve around a transaction in relation to the said land. The submission is that the applicant is resident of Mumbai and the applicant gained knowledge about the
Priya Soparkar 910 aba 2534-22-cr registration of FIR with the concerned police station on 8th September, 2022 and therefore she downloaded the copy of the FIR from the website which is placed on record at Ex.A. The learned counsel would state that transitary bail relief is sought to protect the applicant from arrest and to enable her to seeking the relief by filing an application before the competent court under section 438 of Cr.P.C. and to seek appropriate relief, as advised. In may view, the applicant deserve the protection for period of one week. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) The application stands allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest, the Applicant/Accused namely - Smt. Kumud Vaidya w/o Deepak Vaidya in C.R.No.142 of 2022 registered with PS Raipur, Dehradun, State of Uttarakhand for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code be released on bail on her furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/-(Fifty Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount, for period of one week. (c) The applicant shall approach the competent court and obtain necessary order. The protection shall cease to operate after one week. (SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE,J.) .....
