By these applications, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 2nd August, 2016 and prays for restoration of Criminal Application Nos.514 to 516 of 2016, which came to be dismissed for non- prosecution vide the aforesaid order as none was present on behalf of the applicant. 4.

For the reasons set out in the applications, the applications are allowed. The order dated 2nd August, 2016, is recalled and Criminal Application Nos.514 to 516 of 2016, are restored to file. 5.

The Applications are accordingly disposed of. 6.

Criminal Application Nos.514 to 516 of 2016, be placed for 'admission' on 14th October, 2016.
