He submits that if in recent past it is shown that the Respondents have taken over the possession of the Petitioners land to some extent for widening of the road, then the Petitioner may be permitted to take up fresh proceedings.

2] Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. 3] In case, if in recent past, the Respondents, for the purpose of expansion of road is intending to take possession of the Petitioners land, then liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take up appropriate proceedings.
