1] On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application in the wake of antecedents credited to her, the learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted. 2] Application is disposed off as withdrawn.

3] However, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant was arrested on 09.09.2021 in connection with the subject CR which is registered on 04.08.2020, but till date charge is not framed.

4] In the wake of above, the learned trial Court is requested to frame charge in NDPS Special Case NO. 432/2020 within a period of six weeks from today.
