Heard Ms. Bajpayee, learned counsel for the Applicant, and Mr. Mendon, learned counsel for Respondent No.1. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today.

Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court. 4.

The stay is limited to the extent of recovery of the decreetal amount from the Applicant-Appellant only.

The amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal. 6.

Civil Application is disposed off.
