Having heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties and having gone through the petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the application filed by the Petitioners bearing Application No. 3 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 6 months from the receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. The Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said application on its own merits and in accordance with law.
