Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the Collector has informed the City Survey Officer that he does not have any objection to delete the impediment in the property card of CTS Nos. 252 and 252/1 to 29 inserted vide entry no. 365 and 417.

In light of that, now it is for the City Survey Officer to act upon the directions given by the Collector and also to effectuate the order passed by this Court dated 16th October, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 3413 of 2018. The said exercise shall be done preferably within two months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
