Learned counsel for the applicants states that all the respondents have been served and affidavit of service is already filed. He states that steps could not be taken to served the respondent nos.1A, 2 to 4 within the time granted by an order dated 11th April 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). He undertakes to take steps to serve the respondent nos.1A, 2 to 4 within three weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

The order dated 11th April 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within three weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within three weeks, the order dated 11th April 2019 passed

Civil application is disposed of on aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 3.
