This is an application through jail for early hearing of earlier admitted Criminal Appeal No.347 of 2015. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 377 of IPC and sentenced to suffer RI for 7 years. He is in custody since 6.2.2011. As per office note appointed Advocate Mr. Murtaza M. Najmi is representing the applicant/appellant. The appeal is already fixed for final hearing on the weekly board. As such, the appeal be taken for final hearing on fixed date i.e. on 26.10.2015. Application is disposed of accordingly and be kept along with appeal papers.
