Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present Petition is filed in this Court for seeking quashment of the proceedings in the nature of charge-sheet bearing C.C. No. 128/PW/2021 arising out of Crime No. 5/2020 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court, Bhoiwada, Mumbai against the Petitioners for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 read with 34 of IPC as well 66(C) and 66(D) of the IT Act. Learned Counsel for Petitioners further submitted that during pendency of the Petition parties have arrived at Umesh Malani

1.WP.4087.2021.doc an amicable settlement and in the exercise of Lok Adalat the parties have approached the panel and accordingly, the matter was settled between the parties on 11th December, 2021. As such, Petitioners are not desirous of prosecuting the Petition further. Accordingly, learned Counsel for Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the Petition.

In view of the statements made by learned Counsel for Petitioners recorded above, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
