Writ Petition No.4101 of 2019 is filed seeking direction to the police authorities to register an F.I.R. and to investigate the offence in respect of minor son of the Petitioner. In this Petition, the application for Intervention is filed by Vibhas Shukla to be impleaded as Respondent. Vibhas Shukla has filed Writ Petition No.4813 of 2019 to quash the F.I.R. registered on 07 September 2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the F.I.R. has now been registered which is under challenge as above. 3.

In the light thereof, the Writ Petition No.4101 of 2019 and the Interim Application No.449 of 2019 therein do not survive and accordingly disposed of.

As regards Writ Petition No.4813 of 2019, a request is made on behalf of the Petitioner for some time. 5.

At the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, stand over to 07 December 2021.
