At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated

2/2 14-appp.775.2016(gr).doc 25th July, 2016 and prays for restoration of Criminal Application No.517 of 2016, which came to be dismissed for non- prosecution vide the aforesaid order as none was present on behalf of the applicant. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 25th July, 2016, is recalled and Criminal Application No.517 of 2016, is restored to file. 5.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.

Criminal Application No.517 of 2016, be placed for 'admission' on 14th October, 2016.
