This is an application for deleting respondent No.3 - Subhadra Bajirao Chavan on the ground that respondent No.3 is expired on 07.05.2018 leaving behind respondents No.4 and 5 as her heirs and legal representatives. 3.

Mr. More submits that as the heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.3 are already on record, Civil Application may allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
