This application is filed for condonation of delay of almost three years. The first appellate Court has passed the impugned judgement and decree dated 13.6.2014 and the applicant / appellant has filed this Second Appeal on 18.8.2017. The learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that she is a woman and a patient of Cancer, Diabetes and Blood Pressure. She was taking treatment continuously. Thereafter, in between, she forgot about filing of the appeal because of her ill - health and after, consulting the lawyer, she filed this appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has served the sole respondent in the case. 1 / 2
