A praecipe has been filed for speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 13/4/2015 passed in the above Petition. In paragraph 2 on page 2 in line 7 from the bottom the word "Kishor" to be substituted by the word "Ishwar", and in paragraph 4 wherever the figure "9122.40 sq.mtrs." appears, the same to be substituted by the figure "9112.40 sq.mtrs.". The order dated 13/4/2015 to accordingly stand corrected. The office to furnish corrected copy of the said order dated 13/4/2015 to the parties if applied for.
