Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 6 March 2021 whereby the evidence of the opponent was declared as closed. 3.

The Court is informed that the substantive proceeding i.e. Application No.121 of 2018 has already been decided by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this Petition. The Petitioner would, however, be at liberty to raise all the grounds in the substantive challenge which may be filed against the order passed in Application No.121 of 2018 including the ground that the Petitioner was unjustifiably deprived of the opportunity to lead evidence in breach of the Circulars issued by this Court in the wake of Covid19 Pandemic.
