It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that respondent - wife has voluntarily left his company who was in relation with a third person against whom he has already filed police complaint admitting her relation with that person. 2.

It is further claimed that the pending appeal is neither heard nor application for interim relief is decided. BGP.

As such, petitions in view of prayer for withdrawal, stand disposed of as withdrawn.
