Learned APP, on instructions from Jailor Grade-1, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune-6 submitted that, in pursuance of Circular dated 7th October 2019, the committee incorporated thereof in its Meeting dated 16th September 2022 has decided to re-enter the name of Petitioner in the Register of Remission.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.

In view of disposal of Petition, Criminal Application No.310 of 2018 and Interim Application No.1460 of 2019 do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
