This is an application for deleting the name of petitioner No.4 - Ms.Mandakini Shankarrao Deshmukh from the cause title of Writ Petition No. 8098 of 2014. Mr.Ligade states that heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.4 are already on record. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c) with no order as to costs.
