The applicant is seeking his release only on medical grounds. His application on merits was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05/08/2014 passed in Bail Application No.1382/2014. 2.

Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant is suffering from cancer and therefore he needs special treatment and special care post surgery.

Ld. APP has tendered a report dated 26/08/2019 issued under the signature of Medical Officers attached to Division of Plastic And Purti Parab

2 902-BA 2298-19.doc Reconstructive Surgery, Department of Surgical Oncology, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. The report clearly mentions that, the patient was discharged in stable condition. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Ld. APP pointed out that, the trial is at its concluding stages. The statement u/sec. 313 of Cr. P.C. is already recorded and the matter is posted for arguments. In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant relief to the applicant. The application is rejected. Since the matter is posted for arguments, it is expected that, it is decided as expeditiously as possible. The application stands disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Purti Parab
