This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No. 620 of 2008 on the ground that applicant no.1 Sonabail Shivba Sutar is senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the applicant no.1 is senior citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
