Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicants seek extension of time to furnish surety. She submits that the applicants were enlarged on

bail by the Sessions Court vide order dated 07.01.2015. Thereafter, the applicants preferred applications seeking extension of time to furnish surety. This Court (CORAM : SMT.SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) vide order dated 31.07.2015 and (CORAM : REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) vide order dated 20.08.2015 had extended the time by a period of two weeks and three weeks respectively.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have furnished sureties, however, the same is pending verification. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of four weeks. Accordingly, Application is allowed & disposed of.
