P.C. :- 1] This Writ Petition is preferred challenging the interim order passed by the Family Court No.3, Pune on 17/08/2016 in P.A. No. 878 of 2015.

2] As per the order passed by this Court, the Advocate Mr.Sadashiv G. Deshmukh was appointed as a Mediator and he has filed his "Mediation Report", which shows that the parties are arrived at amicable settlement and are ready to convert the said petition in to petition for divorce by mutual consent. 1/2
