Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Both these First Appeals are arising out of common Judgment and Decree dated 27/04/2018 passed by the learned District Judge3, Vasai in Marriage Petition No. 1 of 2016. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for

(II) Printing dispensed with.

(III) Appellant to file private paper-book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(IV) Registry to call R & P immediately.

(V) Hearing of both appeals is expedited.
