The civil application seeks to bring the legal heirs of Smt.Arundhati Pramod Pataskar-appellant No.1(b) on record. In bringing said legal heirs on record through the present civil application, there is a delay of 4 days.

Condoning the delay, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the appeal within two weeks from today. 3.

By the same application, the applicants also seek deletion of the name of the two appellants being appellant No.1(a)-Vijaya Dattatray Chinchalikar and appellant No.2(d)-Sharayu Krishnaji M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 952.1-caf-476-19.doc Chinchalikar. On death of Vijaya Chinchalikar, her legal heirs, which are common to the legal heirs of Dattatray Ramchandra Chinchalikar are already on record. Hence appellant No.1(a) is permitted to be deleted. Similarly Smt.Sharayu Krishnaji Chinchalikar being wife of Krishnaji Ramchandra Chinchalikar and since is no longer alive, the common legal heirs of Krishnaji Ramchandra Chinchalikar being already on record, the name of appellant No.2(d) is also permitted to be deleted. 4.

The appeal is ready for final hearing. To be taken on Final Hearing Board.
