The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon (non-teaching staff) is pending with respondent No.4 since the year 2015.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.4, the respondent No.4 shall decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four months from today. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
