Heard the parties through their counsel. Today when the matter came up before this Court, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made limited prayer that this petition may be disposed of directing the Collector Thane to consider and take appropriate decision on petitioner's pending representation/ advocate's notice dated 26th July, 2014 for recording petitioner's

Keeping in view the prayer, we dispose of this petition directing the respondent no.3-Collector to consider the aforesaid representation/advocate's letter and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation/ advocate's notice in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. By keeping all contentions open, petition is disposed of.
