This Civil Application is moved for withdrawal of the amount of compensation, which is awarded by the learned Member, Evening Court, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Claim Application No. 2551 of 2012 by order dated 28.09.2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant/original claimant submits that the Insurance Company has deposited the amount of compensation. He further submits that the applicant still needs some medical treatment. 4.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company confirms that the Insurance Company has deposited the compensation amount of Rs. 5,82,784/-, which includes the principal amount and interest accrued thereon. She further submits that the Insurance Company challenges the order of the Tribunal on the ground of quantum. 5.

In view of the above submissions, the applicant/original claimant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs. 6.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
