Learned APP states on instructions, that till date no C.R. has been registered, as against the applicants and what is issued is only a notice to attend the Police Station. She states on instructions, that if the Investigating Officer of the Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, intends to arrest the applicants, he will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicants. The said statement is accepted.
