By this Civil Application, the Applicants/Claimants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. 3.

In view of dismissal of the First Appeal on its own merits, nothing survives in this Civil Application and the same stands disposed of as infructuous. 4.

Sum of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company at the time of filing the First Appeal, the Registry is directed to transfer the said amount with accrued interest to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in the account of Claim Application No. 2113 of 2011 immediately. 5.

No order as to costs.
