Mr.Ojha, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, submits on instructions of the applicant that the applicant wants to withdraw the applications with liberty to take steps before appropriate fora including the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and the Union of India. He further submits that withdrawal of these applications should not come in the way of the applicant to take any action.
