Moreover, RPAD Notice issued to Respondent Nos.4, 6, 10, 12 to 16 & 18 which is envelope returned unserved with postal remark "Not Known".

In view of this, Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (2), returnable by 6 weeks.
