This is an Application for expediting the hearing of the Appeal against acquittal under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. There are several appeals pending on the file of this Court which are prior to 2009. Hence, the priority for hearing of the present Appeal against acquittal cannot be given at this stage.
