This is an application seeking restoration of Civil Application (St) No. 33490 of 2018 in First Appeal (St) No. 33486 of 2018. The Registrar-Judicial II of this Court by order dated 19th March 2019 had passed a conditional order granting four weeks time to remove office objections. The objections could not be removed within four weeks and therefore, the said application came to be rejected. The delay is of 107 days.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). In the interest of justice, the delay of 107 days is condoned. The Civil Application is 48-cao-48-2022 in rc-1289-2019.doc varsha
