After this Writ Petition was argued for some time, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly stated that considering that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy to approach the DRT under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the Petitioner would like to withdraw the above Writ Petition and avail of the alternate remedy.
