In the light of our order dated 14-6-2018, wherein we had made it clear that if no alternate arrangements are made by the Applicants for their representation before this Court, then rigors of the order dated 19-4-2018 would become applicable. The Learned Counsel Mr. Bhadbhade who was originally appearing for the Applicants informs us that he has no instructions to appear in the above Criminal Application as the Applicants had informed him that they would be appointing a new Advocate. The said situation has been recorded in the order dated 19-4-2018 and was also kept in mind while passing the order dated 14-6-2018, whereby as and by way of final indulgence the above application was adjourned for today.
